In 2015 I created a web series about a young woman trying to outrun her Catholic Guilt. Cut to 2017 and we were accepted into some of the most prestigious festivals- 2016 NYC Webfest Official Selection, 2017 LA Webfest Official Selection (I even got nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series), and 2017 New York Television Festival Official IPC Selection.
Check out the story about our team and our series in the East Hampton Press and coverage of the NYTVF in Variety, Deadline, and IndieWire.

“Guilty is a web series about two women raised Catholic, charging through life as 20-somethings in Chicago, and attempting to be “good people.” Is sex for fun, love, or procreation? When giving food to the homeless, is it ok to take a bite first? Is it bad manners to skip mass to go to Sunday brunch? Guilty the Web Series is an exploration of adulthood, navigating the give and take of biblical morals and social etiquette, and becoming more comfortable living a life outside of the Catholic bubble.”
Like any good ad pro, I know that the right ads reaching the right people can get results. As Guilty's Social Media Strategist, I created targeted link ads and grew our audience from 22 subscribers (Season 1, 2015) to 102 subscribers with a total of 16.3k lifetime views. With a budget of $330.
In Season 2, we created 11 episodes in 9 different locations, totaling almost an hour of content. We had a limited budget, but that didn't stop us from making movie magic.
2020. We fled New York. We were out of jobs. We were losing our minds. So we did the only logical thing left to do — make a Zoom web series. We even asked people to donate $5 as their “ticket” if they watched, and sent the proceeds to nonprofits that were doing incredible work during the pandemic - Invisible Hands Deliver, New Alternatives, and Brave Space Alliance, totaling $1400 in donations.
Two friends hanging onto each other as the world falls apart. Based on a true #covid story.

For everyone who's over the Most Interesting Man. Writer/Producer 2014
I trained at Second City and iO in Chicago and absolutely had a ball writing and preforming sketch. My sketch team preformed at the acclaimed Chicago Sketchfest for three years in a row, and I was also a Mary Scruggs Works By Women Winner. Here’s some of my favorites.
I created 13 original scripts for TikTok’s First Livestreamed Trivia Game Show , which consisted of scripting all the Host dialogue, the jokes for the trivia questions (thirteen 30 min episodes, three 90 min episodes)
Other responsibilities
* Cross-collaborated with TikTok HQ’s tech team in Beijing, and creative team in LA
* Established structure of game show, including intro, cold open, game segments, teleprompter cue lines, and outros
* Established the show’s tone and voice to be upbeat, funny, engaging, and right for the TikTok audience and platform
* Researched 245 trivia questions to help contextualize and write question appropriate jokes and dialogue across all scripts.
The Results? The show garnered on average 45k viewers, which was the highest Live session seen in the region, and was the World’s #1 PCU (peak concurrent users) in real time .

Sadvertising is a comedic web series that explores the not so glamorous side of advertising. Created with Jamie Helm and Exit 19 Productions. Writer/Producer/Actor 2015
In 2003, I wrote a song about graduating 8th grade called, “The Last Dance.” In the fall of 2019, I rerecord it with two friends that actually know things about music. in the year of our “lord” 2020, I re-released it along with a music video for your viewing and listening pleasure and I guarantee it’s as good or if not better than Michael Jordan’s entire career. It’s also streaming on Spotify and Apple Music and can be purchased for a whopping $0.99 on iTunes.
I have a theory about bathroom signs: Men make them. So I set out to prove myself right by taking pictures of all the horribly worded tampon signs in all the stalls I visited. And then I posted them here and blamed the results on a guy named Karl and his idiot boss.
In the spirit of Valentine's Day/educating women/people in general so we can finally take down the patriarchy, I created these Betsy DeVos themed Valentine's with Michael Moreland.
